MAU Communities are soul-sustaining groups of mothers (and others) who take monthly actions, engage their communities and plan collective events including: Reclaiming Mother’s Day, Field Trips and Girlcotts. MAU Communities ALSO gather socially for things like Open Door Days, Mobilize the Mama Playgroups and Bring the Family Potluck Social & Salons. It takes a LOT of nourishment to build community (never underestimate the power of good snacks!) and Community gives individual mothers (and others) the strength and encouragement to sustain the movement.

MAU Communities are gathering all over the world — from coast to coast and nation to nation. Slowly and surely the word of MAU is spreading; overcoming cultural, political, and religious boundaries to unite for the wellbeing of all the world’s children.
